Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY
We request 50% of the total cost for your accommodation as deposit.
This can be done, either by providing your Credit Card number, expiry date and CVC number (preferred method) or by payment into our banking account.

We reserve the right to take the 50% deposit off Credit Cards before arrival.

A faxed or emailed copy of the deposit slip is required as proof of payment.

In the event of non-payment of a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings without notice or liability to the client.

Please note that proof of payment is the client's responsibility.

We will only confirm bookings on receipt of Credit Card details or a deposit into our banking account.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations carry a 10% handling fee
Non arrivals: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
Less than 1 week notice: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
1 to 2 weeks notice: 25% of deposit refund
2 to 4 weeks notice: 50% of deposit refund
4 weeks or more notice: Full refund of deposit
CHANGING OF BOOKING DATES
Subject to availability. Conditions applicable to cancellations and deposits will apply.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
50 % of daily rate for each day/s accommodation cancelled.
The above conditions may be relaxed under exceptional circumstances.
Please note that rate increases may apply.
